Als een van de ontwerpers/ingenieurs ben jij verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen productgroep én eigenlijk ook voor het algemeen succes van het gehele bedrijf. Q-Tech is een bedrijf dat 90% van zijn producten zelf ontwerpt, ontwikkeld en laat produceren. Innovatie is de motor van het bedrijf en jij mag die motor zo hard laten draaien als jij wenst. Elk goed idee mag jij najagen voor een groter succes.
Als Sales Representative zet je je in om het gezamenlijke jaarbudget te realiseren. Jouw eigen specifieke regio is natuurlijk een belangrijk onderdeel dat je zelf beïnvloedt; daar ligt jouw grootste impact en verantwoordelijkheid. Omzetgroei kan door het werven van nieuwe klanten, uitbouw van bestaande klanten of via… Surprisingly commercial te zijn. Dat is the key. En die mag jij invullen!
Every 6 months, we offer a traineeship to industrial designers to develop themselves. You are not an assistant at Q-Tech, you are 100% involved in the team which means that you are responsible for the development of products. Are you launching your first products at us?
