Q: Is it possible to order at Q-Tech as an individual/end-user?

A: Q-Tech exclusively supplies to car manufacturers, importers, dealerships, bodywork and converter companies. Therefore, we refer individuals/ end-users to our resellers.

Q: What is the delivery time of the products?

A: A great amount of our products are in stock. Q-Tech delivers her products twice a week. In The Netherlands and Belgium the delivery days are Wednesday and Friday. Please do not hesitate to inquire about current delivery times.

Q: Do you sell steel roof racks?

A: No, at this moment we only sell aluminum roof racks. Aluminum roof racks are more sustainable, light weighted and recyclable. Furthermore, the carrying capacity of our aluminium roof racks are similar to the carrying capacity of steel roof racks. Finally, aluminium does not oxidize. An aluminium roof rack lasts very long! Q: Do you sell accessories for private vehicles?

A: Q-Tech does not sell accessories for private vehicles. Our range of products are only suitable for commercial vehicles up to 3500 kg.

Q: Do you sell black sidebars and black roof racks as well?

A: Q-Tech sells black sidebars and black roof racks at an additional cost. For more information, you can contact us.

Q: Where can I find the delivery terms and conditions?

A: Q-Tech delivers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Metaalunie which can be downloaded here.

Q: Can we order a single sidebar?

A: This is indeed possible. However, it is very important to make sure that the original sidebar set belongs to Q-Tech. The mounting of the set underneath the vehicle is definable whether the single sidebar will fit or not. Clearly state whether the single sidebar concerns the passenger side or driver side and also state if the sidebar needs to be brushed or polished.

Q: Can we pay on account?

A: after we received 3x a payment in advance, you can order on account. The payment term is 14 days.

Q: Can we return products?

A: Returning products is possible, but first, please get in contact with us so that we can arrange the returning policy.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: Picking up your order is possible, please do this in consultation with our sales team. Sometimes we have to deal with production times, we want to make sure that your delivery is ready when you come to pick it up.
